Are you looking for a way to increase profits from your next Silent Auction? Is the time you have devoted to putting together your packages a frustration and the results not up to your expectations? What will Indy City GiftBaskets provide?
We will provide containers of appropriate size and shape and all packaging materials, including wrapping and bows. If your organization would like custom imprinted ribbon, you must provide a black and white logo in acceptable format. |

Please allow 2-3 weeks to print the ribbon and the cost is an additional $100. We have extensive Silent Auction experience and can also assist and advise you in other aspects such as descriptions, bid sheets and set-up.
How much will this program cost?
Assembly cost per package is based on size and number of items and can range from $10-$15 per package. Indy City GiftBaskets can provide filler items such as cookies, crackers and chocolate for an additional charge. Our clients find that for an average auction of 30-35 packages, the total cost for packaging, containers and fillers is $400 - $450. Indy City GiftBaskets will be able to provide you with an estimate of cost based on the client providing us with a detailed list of anticipated packages and their contents. Please keep in mind that estimates include only the containers and packaging materials, filler items are an additional charge.
It’s a go! What comes next?
Begin by supplying us with the complete, detailed list of packages and their contents. All items must be delivered to Indy City GiftBaskets no later than: 2 weeks prior to the event for 20 or more packages and 10 days prior to the event for less than 20. When delivering your items, please separate by packages and have each package clearly labeled. You may provide tags for each item, if desired. A limited number of last minute packages may be accommodated if our production schedule allows. Completed packages will be available for you to pick up at least 2 days prior to your event.
