Personal Orders must be paid by credit card: Visa or MasterCard accepted.

First time orders for corporate accounts must be paid by Visa or MasterCard. If a company prefers Net 15 terms, a credit application must be completed and approved. Even with approval of net terms, a valid credit card must remain of file. If the payment is not received on the due date, the credit card on file will be charged. If Indy City GiftBaskets attempts to charge a credit card and the card is declined, a $20.00 late fee with be added to the bill every 30 days until payment is paid in full. There is a $35.00 fee for NSF checks.

Returns/Cancellations

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We may request that an unsatisfactory item may be returned to us with the accompanying shipping materials before replacing. The full amount will be charged in the event of a cancellation of same day or rush orders.
